  Mystery Anime Theater is an MST3K-style video production that uses anime for experiments. This is not the same as Mystery Anime Theater 3000, which used to be performed, live, at Otakon, by different people. This one is a convid done by Vaguely Specific Productions, which started doing videos just about the same time the other guys stopped. Nan Desu Con is an anime convention held in Denver, Colorado. There is no info yet if VSP will be debutting any vids in 2007.

  The Federation has performed MT337 at sci-fi and Doctor Who conventions since 1996. This will be the second of the two usual yearly performances. MT337 features, as experiments, episodes and movies from the British science fiction series Doctor Who. The show's producers are open to venue suggestions and invitations. Chicago TARDIS is a science fiction convention devoted to Doctor Who and will be held November 23-25 (Thanksgiving weekend) at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Rosemont, Illinois.

  Mysterious Theatre 337 will likely be performed at Gallifrey One 2007. MT337 is usually performed twice a year, with this one being the usual first. If the pattern holds, the second performance will be at Chicago TARDIS in November-- the show's producers, however, are open to venue suggestions and invitations. The Federation has performed MT337 at sci-fi and Doctor Who conventions since 1996. Performances of MT337 feature episodes and movies from the British science fiction series Doctor Who. Gallifrey One is a science fiction convention devoted to Doctor Who and will be held February 16-18, 2007 at the Los Angeles Airport Marriott Hotel, Los Angeles, California.

  Greg Sepelak and pals have been performing MSTF at Transformers conventions since 1997. They didn't miss their own 10 year anniversary in 2007, not even due to the new Transformers movie having come out at the same time. So, without being presumptuous, there is not yet any info on whether or not BotCon 2008 will be testing MSTF positive. MSTF's particular penchant has to do with anything in the Transformers universe. They've already done the Transformers movie several times (including on their 10th anniversary) and they've even used Transformers Read&See and Go-Bots promotional videos! MSTF also has host-segment skits that are introduced by custom video footage. MSTF is an MST3K style live-show and the experiment(s) are usually kept secret until showtime. Botcon is the official Transformers convention and is endorsed by Hasbro, Inc. and is held someplace new, every year.

Mystery Trekkie Theater 3000...

  ??To be performed at Shore Leave 29, Baltimore, Maryland.
  Pater David and pals, have been performing MTT3K at the Shore Leave Convention every year since 1992. This track record suggests that 2008 will likely continue that trend. Going by past years, MTT3K will probably go on Sunday morning of the con, perhaps starting at 10 or 11 A.M.. Definate info is only available as info is definately defined-- as the con approaches, for example. The experiment, like all years, will be a secret until showtime. Shore Leave is a heavily, but not mandatorily, Star Trek science fiction convention and will be held July 11-13, 2008 in Marriot's Hunt Valley Inn, in Baltimore, Maryland.
